provencal bed throw (SOLD)

SOLD ! Vintage find. Stunning provencal cotton bed throw as old as 1870...Yellow ochre surround, with pattern "dotted" centre piece and backed in stripes. All made by hand. Dimensions : 170x160cm. The panel mid section is 118x98cm The back and surround are in very good condition but the fabric used as the centre piece is very delicate and may need to be replaced at some point as it has multiple tears. Can be washed by hand in the bath with gentle marseille soap.
